Gitta Mallasz

the scribe of the angels

Gitta Mallasz

Dîtes moi, Gitta Mallasz...

It was in 1960 that Gitta left Hungary for France with, in a small suitcase, the 17 notebooks containing the 88 interviews.

The sole heiress to these dialogues, she immediately set to work translating them into French, with the help of friends. Because yes, she knows it: "It is a teaching of our time, which was not given for the pleasure of the four of us".

His task is to make them known – "Not for a little "angelism" with little wings, little putti in Baroque churches, but for this: Each of us has the chance, if we want it, to meet our kindred light here and now."

About the Angel

About the Angel, Gitta writes:

"The one I have named "ANGEL" bears little resemblance to the Angel of Traditions.

For me, the ANGEL is my life-giving half.

– and I am his revitalized half.

He is my prefiguration in the invisible

– and I am its figuration in the visible.

He is my timeless equal,

– and I am his equal limited by time.

He is my intuitive complement in spirit,

– and I am his executive complement in the matter.

He is my body of Light,

– and I am his body of matter.

One day, when I consciously live this union, it will be the ONE LIFE. »

Bibliography of Gitta Mallasz

The four “explanatory” books

If Gitta is not the author of the Talking with Angels, but as she repeated, "their scribe", she wrote several years after their publication, four books testifying to her experience with the angel.

To answer the many questions from readers of Dialogues with the Angel, Gitta was led to gather in four books called (improperly) “explanatory” the testimony of his experience.

"I am the last to testify, to be able to say, how much the meeting with the Angel was natural for us, the four friends, and how much it is natural for all of us. »

Morgen – Dawn

Morgen is a collection of ten additional messages addressed to a friend of Gitta of German origin. They were revealed by the angel Morgen (Dawn) the only angel who gave her name, transmitted by Hanna in German language which she did not know.

These messages appear in the German edition of the Dialogues. A collection, a bilingual German-French version, was published on the occasion of the recognition of Gitta as "righteous among the nations" by Yad Vashem. These messages are of great beauty, concise, rhythmic and rhyming.

The legacy of Gitta Mallasz

Gitta Mallasz, on transmission

Gitta Mallasz's position on conferences or groups around Dialogues with the Angel...

Gitta Mallasz placed this cautionary phrase in all her books:

"I am not theauthor Dialogs. I am the scribe Dialogs.

And I warn readers: any lecture, any written or oral interpretation of Dialogues with the Angel proposed by someone other than me, without my consent.

Gitta's testament – recommendations for the transmission of the Dialogues

In Short Dialogues of Yesterday and Today, she thus gives us her testament, so that the message which she relayed with great rigor can keep its integrity, as well as her recommendations for the groups that meet around the Dialogs.

This “Testament” written in five points and a codicil brings us back to basics, specifies the pitfalls to avoid, prevents possible slippages.

Gitta's announcement

Anticipating his death, Gitta sent this announcement to his friends urging us to fulfill our unique task, so that we would not have lived in vain.

Testimonials about Gitta Mallasz

Gitta, Righteous Among the Nations

In 2011, Gitta Mallasz was posthumously awarded the title of "Righteous Among the Nations" by Yad Vashem for having saved around a hundred Jewish women and children while commanding the Katalin military uniform workshop in Budapest in 1944.

Gitta, the adventurer of the Angels

Testimony of Patrice Van Eersel on Gitta

“Was the one whose name will remain synonymous with the book Dialogues with the Angel a simple “scribe”, as she said, or a spiritual master? Today, his former “pupils” differ on this subject – some feeling attached first to the book, others to the person.

One thing is certain, the former Austro-Hungarian swimmer, rough, funny and bursting with energy, was the catalyst for an extraordinary experience, which led – on the threshold of the Shoah – to a staggering lesson in joy. A lesson that exactly answers today's questions. »

Gitta Mallasz, ordinary wonder

Testimony of Jeanne Gruson on Gitta

“Since I read Talking with Angels, Gitta Mallasz was for me a kind of myth. Someone to whom the Angels had spoken could only be a haloed saint, impressive, wise and already supernatural. Zero for my romantic and prefabricated image. I met a little bit of a dynamite woman, sparkling with humor, practical, loving life with passion, and above all so natural! »
