See below<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"text-build-content\" data-testid=\"RQEgiKwiQCifBZ0u2k5Rx\">Horaires de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nement<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Friday 2 February from 3pm to 10.30pm<\/li>\n<li>Saturday 3 February from 8am to 10.30pm<\/li>\n<li>Sunday 4 February from 8am to 7.30pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Course<\/h2>\n<p>The table <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1SRbOd7rNh95yW2xiRoJ_S6KtJadfqAJS\/view?usp=sharing\"><strong>planning de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nement<\/strong> <\/a>(which we invite you to consult) spread the reading of the 88 interviews over the three days in 2-hour cycles.<br \/>\nEach interview will take approximately 12 minutes to read, i.e. 5 interviews per hour.<br \/>\n(88 interviews represent 130 readings, counting Gitta, Lili, Hanna and Joseph separately).<\/p>\n<p>15 minutes before the scheduled time, the registered reader joins a videoconference room, where the host will invite him or her to read at the appropriate time.<br \/>\nOnly the audio of the voice will be broadcast live. Music will be inserted between each playback.<\/p>\n<p>The live video will display a slideshow of still images with, during playback, the reference to the interview being played back and, during the music interlude, the reference to the next interview to be played back.<br \/>\nDuring the breaks, music will be played and the restart time announced.<\/p>\n<p>The videoconferencing room will be managed by a team of 2 facilitators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Host 1 will be responsible for welcoming the readers, opening and closing the microphones, the sequence of readings and the interlude music to be played live.<\/li>\n<li>Host 2 can hold the cat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Reader engagement<\/h2>\n<p>The succession of readers will be planned in advance.<br \/>\nIf you would like to read an interview, please register (see form below).<br \/>\nThe time at which they will appear and the interview to be read will be determined on the basis of the availability they have indicated and any remaining unfilled slots.<\/p>\n<p>Readers can therefore read the interview one or more times beforehand to prepare themselves.<br \/>\nReaders should read slowly in a quiet place.<\/p>\n<p>If the reader does not show up within the time slot, the interview will be read by someone available \"in reserve\".<\/p>\n<h2>Technical resources<\/h2>\n<p>We're looking for people with IT skills to generate the live
