Twice, in the Dialogues with the Angel<\/i>, Gitta, Lili and Joseph are offered \u201chomework\u201d to be done the following week. Like at school!<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Colibri_small\"<\/a> The first, given to Gitta during talk 28 of New Year's Eve 1943, consists in discovering what the seven joys are, which the angel has just evoked. A week later, Gitta submits her answers, but the master is demanding! \u201cWhat you have done is insufficient. You thought the task was easy. he says to her, indicating in a colorful way what he expects: not sweet grapes, but aged wine, the one that brings intoxication!<\/p>\n

The second, which concerns the New World, is clarified by Hanna at the end of interview 35. Gitta speaks of it as an end-of-year exam, and like all students in the world, she waits for the last day to answer the question\u2026 and is not proud of the result. Lili, she could not do the exercise, monopolized as she was by her own students, distressed by the events. Only Joseph appears to be a good student, courageously slipping into the exercise and understanding that it was not a question, as at university, of regurgitating what he knew, but of accomplishing a real "leap into the unknown\u201d.<\/p>\n

After the interview, Hanna tells us that our Masters<\/em>

PS: I was told about another exercise, asked of Lili in interview 6: \u201cTry to specify for the next time, what you feel is the main part of your work. The following week, Lili warns that she couldn't completely finish her homework. You have to read the answer of his inner master, of a benevolent severity...<\/p>\n
