Marguerite Kardos, president of the association, had invited Archbishop Germain, from<a href=\"https:\/\/eglise-catholique-orthodoxe-de-france.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orthodox Catholic Church of France<\/a> and Juliette Binoche, who has often testified publicly to the importance of this text for her, which has become her &quot;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ad-dialoguesange.org\/en\/dialogues-avec-ange\/le-livre-de-chevet-de-juliette-binoche\/\">bedside book<\/a>\u00a0&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"THE FIRE OF THE SPIRIT, AND WHAT ABOUT THE SOUL?\" width=\"1290\" height=\"726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8kQ597cD8hM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Extracts from the conference (25\u2032) \u2013 Production: SEVEN ANGEL FILMS<\/p>\n<p>Why <i>Talking with Angels<\/i> is of burning topicality in our time? Because we live in a time of transition.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cWhat you feel now is the transition. (\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Every transition is a test. (\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IF YOU TRANSFORM YOURSELF \u2013,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">THE MATERIAL \u2013 ALSO \u2013<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">IS OBLIGED TO TRANSFORM. \u00bb<\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E30L, p. 185-186)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bishop Germain explains that in the Orthodox tradition, according to Saint Dionysius the Aeropagite, the angels are organized into nine circles (angels, archangels, principalities, powers, virtues, dominations, thrones, cherubim, seraphim) which corresponds to the structuring of human being.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, the body of man is threefold: physical body, sensitive body and the mental body; his soul has three levels, it is the receptacle of the gifts, it can have a virile character which allows us to discover and express our gifts, and it leads us towards transcendence; and his spirit has three characters: the <i>we <\/i>(the silence), the logo and the pneuma.<\/p>\n<p>What does the Angel of the Soul say?:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u00ab THE SOUL IS THE WINE, IT CARRIES DRUNK (E18L, p. 106)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cG. What is the soul? What is the spirit?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> \u2013 Spirit is \u2013 Creator,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> The soul \u2013 intermediary,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> The body \u2013 matter\u201d.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E21G, p. 125)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Orthodoxy, \u201cman is spirit and matter; it is the synthesis of the two. This makes man the most dynamic creature in Creation. The goal is to make the connection. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cThe goal is: to make the connection.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Without a link, nothing lives. (\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Spirit kneads matter.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Matter calls for spirit. (\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> SINKING INTO MATTER \u2013 <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IT&#039;S DEATH.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> SOAR IN THE SPIRIT \u2013<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IT&#039;S FROM THE PAST<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> BUT NOW THE VAULT IS FORMED, THE LINK. \u00bb<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E64, p. 310)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The issue of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dialogues-ange.fr\/gitta_mallasz.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gitta Mallasz<\/a> popped up: &quot;How could I still hear your voice? &quot;.<br \/>\nSo what to do with the free will that man has received?<\/p>\n<p>If man does not depend on HIM alone, he is not free.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cL. Tell me about the interdependence of body, soul, spirit.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> -If they rise towards HIM, there is interdependence.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Otherwise, everything falls apart,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> everything becomes dust and ashes, even the spirit,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> if they do not rise to HIM. (\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IF YOU DEPEND ON THE BODY \u2013<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> YOU ARE ONLY BODY.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IF YOU DEPEND ON THE SOUL \u2013<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> YOU ARE ONLY ANIMATED BODY<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IF YOU DEPEND ON THE SPIRIT \u2013 <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> YOU ARE JUST A MAN.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IF YOU DEPEND ON HIM \u2013<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> YOU ARE EVERYTHING.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Depend only on HIM,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Then body and soul, spirit and HIM will be UNITED!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> By his dependence you can recognize everyone.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Teaches true dependence, the only freedom,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> for all the rest is slavery! (\u2026)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Everything depends on something, except man.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> MAN DEPENDS ON HIM. \u00bb<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E33L, p. 204-205)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cG. What is true freedom?<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> - TO SERVE ! If you serve, you are ONE with HIM. \u00bb<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E18G, p. 103)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To serve the Spirit or to disperse in its \u201cdependencies\u201d?<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1441 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/ad-dialoguesange.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Archev\u00eaque-Germain-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" \/>Monsignor Germain evokes the role of the Holy Spirit in setting man in motion towards God. It is He who leads man to Wisdom, of which the Bible says in Proverbs:<br \/>\n&quot;I was at his side like a master builder, I delighted him day after day, frolicking in his presence all the time, frolicking on the surface of the earth and finding my delight among the children of the men\u201d (Pr 8)<\/p>\n<p>And how to listen to the Holy Spirit?<\/p>\n<p>By entering into intimacy with Him in her heart.<br \/>\nThe Angel evokes the heart as:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cThe sanctuary of sanctuaries. The place where HE dwells.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> The Place of Grace, the Chalice \u00bb <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E24G, p. 141)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Marguerite Kardos asks Monsignor Germain to evoke the theology of the heart among the Orthodox.<br \/>\n\u201cGod wishes that man give him a refuge in himself, this temple in man is the heart. The Holy Spirit sneaks into our heart which is the center of being. It is the place of the intimacy of man with God and of God with man. It is the secret chamber to which man has access either by the liturgy, or by direct face-to-face contact, or by both. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cIN THE DEPTH OF THE HEART<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> DAWN BREAK SLOWLY.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> INSIDE, WE ALREADY SEE IT,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> OUTSIDE, YOU ONLY SEE <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> THE SUFFERING OF THE EARTH.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> THERE IS ONLY ONE SUFFERING:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> \u201cBEING OUTSIDE. \u00bb<\/span> <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E53, p. 277)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is in the heart that unite body, soul and spirit, Man is the link between the Created World and the Creator World, through Co-birth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cINSTEAD OF BODYLESS LIGHT <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> AND OF THE BODY WITHOUT LIGHT,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> THE NEW, THE TWO LOVERS UNITED.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> THE WORD BECOMES FLESH,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> AND MATTER BECOMES LIGHT. \u00bb<\/span> (E83, p. 363)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cThe heartbeat of the Universe<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> is one with the beat of your heart. \u00bb<\/span> (E24 L, p. 144)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cTHE DIVINE HEART BEATS IN THE BODY OF MAN.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> The divine Heart is Fire, Light\u201d.<\/span> (E78, p. 347)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cThe Heart-Light embraces everything, radiates everywhere, <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> IT IS ACTING. \u00bb<\/span> (E62, p. 301)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cG. How could I always hear the voice of my heart, without my head getting involved? \u00bb By silence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cThe Lord is Silence. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Within Silence lay Sound. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> He has become a body. He is born. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Love is the first projection. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> THE BODY IS NOTHING ELSE <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> THAT LOVE HAS BECOME MATTER. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> It is HE who works. \u00bb<\/span> \u00a0(E88, p. 380)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To conclude, Marguerite Kardos says the following passage in Hungarian, then Juliette Binoche reads it:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">\u201cIf you lift your heart very high,<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> then the Light can come.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">Burn!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Live! Fill yourself with Light!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Stand up ! Awaken!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #590b0b;\"> Your light is needed.<\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"color: #590b0b;\">Your being is burning. \u00bb <span style=\"color: #808080;\">(E87, p. 378)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1443\" src=\"https:\/\/ad-dialoguesange.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Institut-hongrois.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Four of the many testimonials we received testify to the quality of this meeting, the intensity of which we have tried to restore:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cLast Tuesday was a very high intensity and wonderful evening. It was fluid and luminous. Several times I looked away to observe the audience and was struck by the great silence of the participants, this atmosphere of deep contemplation. The angels were there and working no doubt. Thank you for the fullness and beauty of this evening. \u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>&quot;Throughout the evening, I could not hold back my tears of joy and gratitude, which flowed all by themselves during the reading of the Dialogues, by the inspired voice of Juliette B. I felt the Angel entering my cells, that transformed me, gave birth to me, transfigured. I was seeded. I received like a new birth. \u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThis evening I understood something fundamental for me: this book questions our resistance to That of which it is the messenger. I heard this evening that this resistance had fallen, that I had become a messenger in my turn. Wonder. You have all three been inhabited. Juliette B. despite her bronchitis was so deeply inspired, and this holy man by your side was Light. \u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cI was touched this evening by the complicity and the harmony between you three, by the intensity of meditation of the whole room, by Juliette B. in a vibrant presence. I was charmed by the freedom and humour, friendliness and mischievous spirit of Archbishop Germain.
